			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, today started off great. Got on the scale and I was 4, yes FOUR pounds lighter than Monday morning.  Now, I&#8217;m no fool, I know it&#8217;s water weight, but it still feels good to see the number go down.  As for my eating today, eh, it was a rough day.  We had LOADS of stuff to do. Neither child slept well, heck, one didn&#8217;t even sleep.  On the road during lunch made fast food seem tempting, ESPECIALLY with a screaming baby in the car.  But, I pushed through and braved subway. Baby Girl settled down and let Kai and I enjoy our lunch. Also, tonight was church night.  I ate before and after church to catch up on points only to remember that I forgot to log a few things. So, i actually went over&#8230;.ooops.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay. Today was day one of post baby WW.  I&#8217;m struggling with WW and nursing because I am so dang hungry. I have to rationalize that (1) they know what they are doing when the set it up for nursing moms (2) i&#8217;m hungry because that is what a diet feels like (3) my baby wasn&#8217;t fussy because I&#8217;m dieting.</p>
<p>This was a very hard day to start.  First off, we are stuck inside because of the heat.  What else is there to do all day than to eat or to think about food..right?  Second, as previously mentioned, for some reason the baby just did NOT want to sleep today. Then, when I finally got her down and Kai (who never naps) down, she wakes up screaming&#8230;BAH! I wanted to eat from stress.  Lastly, I miss my man!  Chad being gone is emotional for me this time around (mom says its because I&#8217;m out numbered), but I&#8217;m surviving.  So there you have it, in my first day I suffered from being a bored/emotional/stress eater.  But I didn&#8217;t cave&#8230;well much.  I did have fruit planned for the day but didn&#8217;t make it.</p>

<p>I have to say, I&#8217;m having a much harder time losing weight this time with WW.  Last year I was already in th every low 130&#8242;s, this year I&#8217;m still in the mid 130&#8242;s after two months. What&#8217;s the difference this time, dedication!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Last year I was really dedicated. If i didn&#8217;t know the points I didn&#8217;t eat it&#8230;even the chips and dips didn&#8217;t phase me. I guess you could say it was my &#8220;one degree&#8221; as discussed in todays meeting. I was on a mission.  This time, I think I&#8217;m mainly maintaining. I&#8217;m staying on plan to simple keep from overeating, to keep fitting in my skinn-er (not my full on skinny) jeans. I&#8217;m using the plan for maintence, which really sucks, because I could be doing that for free if I were a mere four pounds lighter! </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Causes of less motivation:</p>
<p>1) Trying to make a baby. Why am I trying to lose weight before conceiving&#8230;.oh yeah, I don&#8217;t want to end up like <a href="http://myfoodfinds.files.wordpress.com/2008/06/dsc00810.jpg">THIS</a></p>
<p>2) Too many outings! Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, the Forth, Weddings, Showers&#8230;YUCK!</p>
<p>3) I&#8217;m not going to lie. I like the way I look. I&#8217;m okay that I&#8217;m slighty puffier around the edges than I am at goal. And honestly, I feel like I&#8217;m continuing to go and pay for WW to make myself feel better about what I am eating (does that make sense to anyone but me)</p>
<p>4) My pants fit again.</p>
<p>5) I WANT TO EAT! And I feel like since I am Lifetime that I know what to do. Wouldn&#8217;t you think if I knew what to do I&#8217;d do it.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I do like what someone said today and it served as a good reminder as to why I am there. She said, &#8220;If only I would have come back after 5 lbs&#8230;maybe it wouldn&#8217;t have turned into 25.&#8221;  I feel that. I&#8217;m happy I&#8217;m at the 5 lb mark&#8230;well not happy, but you know what I am saying.</p>
<p>Things coming up that will screw me up:</p>
<p>1) Girls night tomorrow at Posado&#8212;dang those chips they are such good conversation pieces!</p>
<p>2) Family trip to Monroe where my family owns the best PoBoy and Pie shop!</p>
<p>3) Labor Day</p>
<p>4) Cruise</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Things that should motivate me:</p>

<p>Other ramblings&#8230;.I think I may change the name of my blog to &#8220;A skinny girls quest to stay thin&#8221;  I realize that by todays standards I&#8217;m skinny (even if not by my own standards). But it takes a lot of work to stay thin. and then in my meeting today I was thinking how most people would kill to be my size (hence I told L* I wasn&#8217;t going to talk for fear that I&#8217;d be beaten with a stick by the rest of the members) and it dawned on me my real reason for being there is to WATCH my weight&#8230;.yes, lose maybe a few more, but mainly to stay the course&#8230;. see..now i am rambling away and my toddler woke up&#8230;. </p>
